Aligo – User-Centered Travel Companion

Aligo is a digital travel companion designed to support travelers with real-time information throughout their journey. It provides flexibility, security, and personalized local insights, helping users enjoy a smoother and more meaningful travel experience.
The project was developed through a comprehensive UX process. User experience research revealed gaps between traveler expectations and current travel agency services. Based on these findings, the project incorporated principles from user experience psychology, design heuristics, and cognitive walkthrough evaluations to ensure usability and intuitive interaction. Throughout the design phase, UX/UI methods, wireframes, and interactive prototypes were created and tested to refine the product and deliver a seamless, user-centered digital solution.
